At Glownest, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Every product undergoes a quality check before shipping. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary. For issues not mentioned, email service@glownest.com with an explanation and photos.
Cancellation Policy
Before Payment:
● Log into your account and go to "My Orders."
● Select the order number you wish to cancel.
● Click “Cancel this order” and confirm.
After Payment:
● Orders can be canceled before shipping. Cancellations due to a change of mind will incur a processing fee: 3% if canceled within 24 hours, or 5% if canceled after 24 hours.
● Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
● After cancellation, refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. A notification email will be sent once the refund is processed.
Return Policy
Initial Check:
Inspect your items upon receipt to ensure they match your order. For returns or exchanges, items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items:
● Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
● Include all accessories in the return package.
● If an accessory is missing, you may be charged.
30-Day Conditional Return:
● If the item has no quality or appearance flaws but you are unsatisfied, we offer a partial refund minus shipping fees.
● If the item is damaged or not working. Please contact our customer service service@glownest.com. The responsible party covers the shipping fee.
After 30 Days:
Refunds or replacements are not accepted after 30 days from delivery. Contact customer service for more information.
Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, or Lost Items:
● Eligible for a partial or full refund or free replacement.
● For damaged items, provide photos or videos to illustrate the issue.
● For lost items, we will reship them if in stock or issue a refund.
Returning Defective Items:
Contact us for the return shipping address and instructions. Casanova is not responsible for returns without prior notification.
Important Reminders:
● Keep all packaging materials and shipping notes.
● Send the tracking number and shipping receipt after mailing the product.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
● You can refuse to sign for a broken or damaged package.
● Avoid high import duties by not selecting express mail services.
● Include a note inside the return package with your order number, product ID or name and quantity, and a short description of the problem.
Note:
● For all return and exchange requests, customers are required to provide photos of both the outer packaging and inner packaging in advance. Once our team has reviewed and confirmed that there are no issues, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
● Our customer service will provide the return address upon approval.
● Send the item back promptly and provide the tracking number.
● Items must be received unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We will inspect the items upon return.
● For non-free shipping products, the original shipping fee you paid will not be refunded.
● Refunds will be processed once the issue is confirmed.
● We reserve the right to deny refunds for unapproved or unacceptable condition returns.
